Education

I studied Czech, English and Didactics at Faculty of Arts in Brno and wrote my final year thesis in University College Cork in Ireland in 1992.

I took an intensive ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT course at STUDYGROUP school in Hastings in summer 2004.

Experience

I have been teaching since 1990. Started as a free lance teacher for company and individual clients and TRAVEL 2002 language school. In 1992 I started to run my own business which has been known as P.A.R.K. School of English since 1997.

Interests

Travelling (not by air!!), music (not country or brass music), business (not every day)

What I like about teaching

It is rewarding and mostly enjoyable and reminds me of  being on a stage which brings back nice memories of being part of Gypsywood players amateur theatre company.

What I like about living in the Czech Republic

Well, actually, I could imagine living in another country, perhaps Ireland, or at least somewhere where people do not smoke into your face while you eat, clean after their dogs, drive like human beings or do not vote for communists….. :-)
